And a particular scene at the opening is so funny, when Komuri-sensei got off the car, I was LOL, is she tall enough to see when driving? And her legs able to reach the pedals?
Touma and Index shows up at around 0:39. After you see Uiharu doing push-ups, you see 2 people running by (Index and Touma), 3 Tokiwadai students walking, then what's her name the enemy during ep10-12 doing some intial d drifting. Finally Komoe-sensei. Looking at the video again, the new enemy reminds me of Margery Dow from Shana
